About BYW

I'm passionate about film. I love going to the cinema with friends and talking all things movies, reading Empire magazine and listening to film podcasts. Because You Watched is an expression of that passion.

We are not trying to be Letterboxd and acquire millions of users. Because You Watched is a website I have wanted to make for a long time, but quite frankly wasn't able to make before the 'vibe coding revolution'.

Regardless of vibe coding - I am passionate about paying artists and developers for real work and am working with a designer to make this site the best it can be!

This is a hobby site - if you like it, then please have fun using it! If you would like to give me any feedback, you can reach out on the email below. Thanks!
